What is Your Refund / Exchange Policy?

Can I cancel my order before it is Shipped out?
You can cancel your order from your orders page if it has not yet been processed at our office. All orders are usually processed by 11am every working day. Orders containing Posters,, Coffee Mugs, Beer Mugs, Coasters, Fridge Magnets and Shot Glasses can not be cancelled once these products have been manufactured as they are printed on demand.
